Got leftover bread? Turn it into these delicious croutons to add tasty crunch to your favourite salads.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups (1 L) leftover bread, cut into 1-in. (2.5 cm) thick cubes
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange bread cubes in single layer on prepared baking sheet. Brush bread cubes lightly with Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise.

Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until bread cubes are toasted and golden brown. Cool. Serve in salads, as garnish for soups or anywhere you enjoy croutons.
