  • 4 cups (1 L) leftover bread, cut into 2.5cm (1 in.) thick cubes
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Arrange bread cubes in single layer on prepared baking sheet. Brush bread cubes lightly with Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise.

  3. Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until bread cubes are toasted and golden brown. Cool. Serve in salads, as garnish for soups or anywhere you enjoy croutons.
