- 6 rolls (dinner rolls)
- 1.5 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 3 tbsps Hellmann's® Garlic Aioli
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced
- 1/4 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 tbsp scallions, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste

Prep the rolls: Slice a small oval opening on the top of each dinner roll. Carefully scoop out some of the bread inside to make space for the filling, creating little ‘boats'.

Make the chicken salad: in a medium bowl, combine the chicken, celery, grapes, scallions and Hellmann’s Garlic Aioli Mayonnaise. Mix until well coated, season with S&P.

Fill and serve: Spoon the chicken salad into each roll boat.

Pack or plate: Serve immediately as an after school snack or pack into lunchboxes with a side or fruit or veggie sticks.

Pro Tip: Keep the hollowed bread pieces to make breadcrumbs for another recipe for no waste!
