Directions
-
Whisk the special sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside. Squeeze the Hellmann's straight from the new Squeeze Bottle so the label is in frame.
-
Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic over medium heat. Drain.
-
Stir in the Worcestershire, ketchup, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer 3 to 4 minutes until it thickens.
-
Pull off the heat and stir in 1/4 cup Hellmann's. The meat turns glossy and creamy instead of dry. This is the on-camera "wait, that actually works" beat.
-
Toast the buns. Lay a slice of American cheese on the warm bottom bun so it melts
-
Spoon the saucy beef over the cheese. Top with crispy bacon, a generous drizzle of special sauce, shredded lettuce, diced onion, and pickle slices.
-
Crown it with the top bun, press gently, and cut in half and enjoy.
