Pick a Base
- cooked rice - any kind will do!
Use up your fruit & veg
- onions, peppers, corn, jalapenos, any veggies left in the fridge will do the trick.
Add an optional protein
- chicken, turkey, beef, pork or shrimp. Try beans, tofu or any plant-based option if you would prefer! Freshly cooked or leftover, it does not matter.
Add a magic touch
- Choose some cilantro, oregano, lime juice, queso fresco, avocado, hot sauce, Hellmann's Cilantro Lime Sauce or Creamy Sriracha sauce
