Ingredients
Meat:
- ground beef (80/20 or 85/15) 1 lb
- water or beef broth 1 cup
- finely diced onion 1/2 cup
- salt 1 tsp
- black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Hellmann's 1 tsp
- yellow mustard 1 tsp
- pickles
- bun

Put the ground beef in a skillet with the water or broth.

Break the meat apart very finely with a potato masher or spoon while it cooks.

Add onion, salt, pepper, and sugar.

Simmer until the liquid is mostly gone and the meat is tender and crumbly

Assemble sandwich: put generous layer of Hellmann's on the bottom bun, top with meat, pickes and more Hellmann's, if desired. Then add top bun.
