Ingredients
Creamy Garlic Sauce: (2 Tbsp. per serving, makes 4 servings)
- 1/4 cup Hellmann’s® Chicken Tender Garlic Parmesan Mayonnaise Style Dip
- 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
Beef Kofta: (makes 4 koftas)
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup Hellmann’s® Chicken Tender Garlic Parmesan Mayonnaise Style Dip
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh mint
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped shallot
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika

Preheat grill to medium-high. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

To make Creamy Garlic Sauce, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

To make the Beef Kofta, place ground beef in a large bowl. Add all remaining kofta ingredients and mix until well blended.

Divide beef mixture into 4 portions and form into long oval shapes. Place on grill and cook about 10 minutes turning several times. Remove from grill and place on a foil-lined sheet pan. Place sheet pan in oven and continue cooking about 5 additional minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

Remove koftas from oven and serve with Creamy Garlic Sauce and, if desired, salad, warm pita bread, hummus and fresh lemon wedges.
