Ingredients
- 1 tsp of Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1 brioche bun
- 1 all beef patty, cooked
- fresh cilantro, to taste
for the quick pickled veggies:
- 1/4 carrot shredded
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 C daikon radish, shredded
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp water

To make the quick pickled veggies: add the carrot, cucumber, radish, and jalapeño to a clean, lidded jar. Pour in the salt, sugar, vinegar, and water. Screw on the lid, and shake well to incorporate. Place in the fridge for at least 45 minutes before using.

To the bottom of the brioche bun, add a drizzle of Hellmann's ® Real Mayonnaise or Best Foods ® Real Mayonnaise. Next, add the patty, and top with the quick pickled vegetables.
