Tabbouleh Salad with Avocado
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann's® Classic Ranch Dressing
- 1 cucumber, seeded, 1/4/cup/60 mL diced, remaining sliced
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) grated lemon peel
- 2 cups (500 mL) cooked bulgur
- 1 cup (250 mL) cooked quinoa
- 1 cup (250 mL) mixed cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) coarsely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 avocado, sliced
Combine Hellmann's® Classic Ranch Dressing, diced cucumber and lemon peel in small bowl; set aside.
Combine remining ingredients except avocado in large bowl. Evenly spoon into 4 bowls, then evenly top with avocado and drizzle with Dressing.
