This taco recipe can be used to finish any of your leftovers. Try it, for example, with leftover chicken, beef, or fish.
INGREDIENTS
- Tortillas
- Lettuce, tomatoes and corn
- Cheese, chicken or steak
- Hot sauce and sour cream
- Nutritional values may vary based on your choice of ingredients and serving size.
METHOD

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Fry 1lb of protein with some onion, garlic and seasoning.

In the same pan, warm 8 tortillas and fill with protein.

Top tacos with 1 ‒ 2 cups of chopped vegetables and your choice of magic touch.
