Ingredients
- 12 pav buns (dinner rolls)
- 1 cup paneer, diced cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers (red/green/yellow), finely diced
- 1/2 cup sweet corn kernals (boiled or canned)
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp Hellmann's® Garlic Aioli (for filling)
- 3 tbsp Hellmann's® Garlic Aioli (for for spreading & brushing)
- 2 tbsp Hellmann's Chipotle Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp oregano (or mixed italian herbs)
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or processed)

Directions

Mix diced onions, bell peppers, paneer, corn, and ketchup in a bowl.

Add 2 spoons of Hellmann’s Garlic Aioli, salt, and oregano.

Cut buns in half; spread Hellmann’s Chipotle Mayo on one side and Hellmann’s Garlic Aioli on the other.

Fill buns with the vegetable mixture, top with cheese, and brush with Hellmann’s Garlic Aioli.

Bake in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Keep checking in between for the top buns.

Remove from the oven, and enjoy!
