Ingredients

  • 1 Knorr® Chicken flavored Bouillon Cube(s), crumbled
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 rack baby back ribs (about 2-3/4 lbs.), cut in half
  • 2/3 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar

Method

  • 1 Preheat oven to 300°.
  • 2 Combine Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon cube and chili powder in small bowl; stir in oil. Rub ribs with Bouillon mixture, then arrange in shallow roasting pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake until tender, about 2-1/2 hours.
  • 3 Meanwhile, combine apricot preserves, ketchup, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise and vinegar in small bowl; set aside.
  • 4 Grill or broil ribs, turning and brushing with Mayonnaise mixture frequently, until caramelized.
