1 rack baby back ribs (about 2-3/4 lbs.), cut in half
2/3 cup apricot preserves
1/3 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® REAL Ketchup
1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 300°.
Combine Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon cube and chili powder in small bowl; stir in oil. Rub ribs with Bouillon mixture, then arrange in shallow roasting pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake until tender, about 2-1/2 hours.
Meanwhile, combine apricot preserves, ketchup, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise and vinegar in small bowl; set aside.
Grill or broil ribs, turning and brushing with Mayonnaise mixture frequently, until caramelized.
