1/4 cup finely chopped shallots
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill or parsley
2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. Maille® Dijon Originale Traditional Dijon Mustard
3 cups cooked quinoa
3 cups baby kale or 3 cups chopped kale leaves
