  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bunch kale, torn into pieces (stems removed)
  • 2 Tbsp. pine (pignoli) nuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
