Refreshing cucumber sandwich with thinly sliced cucumbers on a lemon and dill spread with a rich, tasty mixture of cream cheese and Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise.
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 6 slices country-style bread

  • 1 Combine cucumber, olive oil and lemon juice in medium bowl. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove cucumber and pat dry. Set aside.
  • 2 Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, cream cheese, dill and black pepper in small bowl. Spread Mayonnaise mixture on bread slices, then top with cucumber and remaining bread slices, Mayonnaise-side down. Cut each sandwich in thirds.
