Ingredients for Haryali
- 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® Plant Based
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 fresh Thai green chillies
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp salt, to taste
For the Topping
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- fresh jalapeño slices (as desired)

Start by preparing the haryali spread. In a blender, add Hellmann’s Plant Based, mint, coriander, Thai green chillies, garlic, lemon juice, garam masala, and salt. Blend until smooth.

For the chilli-cheese topping, combine grated mozzarella, grated white cheddar, chopped red onions, and coriander in a bowl.

To assemble, spread a generous layer of the haryali spread on one side of each bread slice. Top with the cheese mixture and add a few slices of jalapeño.

Place the prepared bread slices in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 2-5 minutes, and bake until the cheese is bubbly, golden, and the toast is crisp. Check regularly to make sure it doesn't burn.

Remove from the oven and serve hot.
