For Dressing, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise and remaining Dressing ingredients in medium bowl; set aside.

Arrange lettuce wedges on plates or serving platter. Spoon dressing over wedges and sprinkle, if desired, with cracked black pepper. Sprinkle with blue cheese and bacon.
