1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise with Lime Juice
1/2 cup sour cream or Mexican crema
1/4 cup, finely chopped yellow onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, mashed (optional)
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

METHOD

For CHICKEN, mash Knorr® Reduced Sodium Chicken flavor Bouillon Cubes with lime juice in medium glass bowl. Microwave at HIGH 20 seconds; stir to combine. Add chicken and toss to coat.

Cook 1/2 of the chicken mixture in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked, about 4 minutes; set aside. Repeat with remaining chicken mixture.

For DIP, combine all ingredients in small bowl. Serve with chicken.
