3/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Dressing with Olive Oil
3/4 cup guava jelly
2 Tbsp. chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Cut tips off chicken wings. Cut wings in half at joint. Coat 3 (24-inch long) sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil with no-stick cooking spray.
Combine remaining ingredients. Place 3/4 cup mixture in large bowl; reserve remaining. Add wings to bowl and toss to coat. Arrange about 1/3 wings on each sheet foil. Bring up sides and fold over a few times to form a tight seal.
Grill packets, turning over occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked. If desired, place cooked wings directly on grill to crisp skin. Serve with reserved Mayonnaise Dressing mixture as dipping sauce.
