Ingredients

  • 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked, cooled and drained
  • 1 large red bell pepper, grilled and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 2 large stalks celery, sliced

Method

  • 1 Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, sugar and Cajun Seasoning in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss.
  • 2 Serve chilled or at room temperature.
TIP:  1/2 cup chopped bottled roasted red peppers can be used instead of the grilled pepper.
