- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Plant Based Mayo Spread and Dressing
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

Preheat oven to 400°. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Stir in Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Vegan Carefully Crafted Dressing and Sandwich Spread, water and lemon juice just until blended.

Turn mixture onto lightly floured work surface. Pat with fingers to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut into rounds with 3-inch cutter. Arrange on prepared pan.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes until golden. Cool 2 minutes on wire rack. Serve warm.
