  • 6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Maille® cornichons, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Maille® Dijon Originale Traditional Dijon Mustard
  • 4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
  • 2 cups green leaf lettuce leaves


  1. Combine eggs, cornichons, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaiseand Maille® Dijon Originale Traditional Dijon Mustard in bowl.

  2. Evenly top toast with lettuce and egg salad. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper and garnish, if desired, with crisp-cooked bacon and chopped chives.
