Bite into our delicious Ginger-Soy Salmon made with Hellmann's® Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise, green onions and sliced almonds.

  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1 lb. salmon fillet

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.

  2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except salmon. On baking sheet, arrange salmon, then spread with mayonnaise mixture.

  3. Bake 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
