Skip tonight's fast food for some home-made French fries served with a delicious cheese, chili and creamy Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise dipping sauce.

  • 4 large Russet or all-purpose potatoes, peeled and cut into thick sticks
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. truffle oil (optional)
  • 1 small red chile pepper, finely chopped (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 450°. Spray baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.

  2. Combine potatoes with vegetable oil in large bowl; turn onto prepared baking sheet. Bake until potatoes are golden and tender, about 40 minutes.

  3. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Serve hot fries with Mayonnaise dipping sauce.
