Ingredients
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 3 cups fresh bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- Juice and grated peel of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh sage leaves *
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice

Directions

Heat olive oil in medium skillet and cook onion and garlic over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 4 minutes. Turn into large bowl.

Add remaining ingredients into bowl and thoroughly combine. Use to stuff turkey and cook according to turkey directions. OR, turn into greased 2-qt. baking dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden.
Chef's Tip
*Substitution: Use 1 tsp. dried sage leaves, crushed.
