- CHIMICHURRI SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- BURGERS:
- 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
- 2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
- 8 hamburger buns

For Chimichurri Sauce, process all ingredients except Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise in food processor until smooth. Transfer to bowl and stir in Mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.

For Burgers, combine Mayonnaise, bread crumbs and Soup Mix in large bowl. Add ground beef and mix until combined; shape into 8 patties.

Grill or broil patties until done. Serve on buns with Chimichurri Sauce and, if desired, lettuce and tomato.

TIP: If using ground turkey, oil grill or broiler pan before cooking.
