Directions
-
Place panko, egg and water, and flour in separate shallow bowls. Season the chicken, if desired, with salt and pepper. Dip each piece of chicken in flour, then egg mixture, then Panko until evenly coated. Place on a foil-lined sheet pan.
-
In large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add breaded chicken, 2 pieces at a time, and cook until thoroughly cooked, about 8 minutes, turning once halfway through. Repeat with remaining chicken. Place on paper-towel lined plate.
-
In medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix with 2 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® Japanese Inspired Mayo.
-
Build your Sando: Drizzle Hellmann’s Japanese Mayonnaise inside the top and bottom of rolls. Place one piece of cooked chicken on bottom roll and drizzle with Katsu Sauce. Then evenly top with coleslaw and top bun. Dig in!
