Elevate your tailgate with these Antipasti Mini Baked Sliders, featuring Hellmann’s® Italian Herb & Garlic Mayonnaise Dressing. Packed with artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini, and provolone cheese, these sliders are baked to perfection for a deliciously melty, savory treat.

  • 1 package dinner rolls
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Italian Herb & Garlic Mayonnaise Dressing
  • 1 can canned quartered artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 Cup roasted red bell peppers
  • 1/4 Cup pepperoncini
  • 6 provolone cheese slices


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Using a serrated knife, horizontally slice rolls without letting them separate to create a top and bottom layer. Place the bottom layer on a lightly greased sheet pan cut-side up. Evenly spread ¼ cup of the Hellmann’s® Italian Herb & Garlic Mayonnaise Dressing on the inside of the bottom layer. Then place the artichoke hearts on top followed by evenly layering on the sliced red peppers, pepperoncini and cheese. Spread the remaining ¼ cup of the Hellmann’s Mayonnaise Dressing on the cut-side of the top roll layer and place on top of the cheese to create the sandwich.

  3. Lightly brush tops of rolls with additional Hellmann’s Mayonnaise Dressing, if desired, and bake 10 minutes or until rolls are lightly toasted and cheese is melted. Serve hot.
