It has a strong garlic taste but not over bearing. It does have 7 grams of fat per 1 tbsp serving as well as 70 calories. It have sugar listed in the ingredients but does not list the amount per serving. This is so good! It is also vegan, no artificial flavors, gluten free, cholesterol free, and a good source of omega-3.
