This burger is executed to perfection. Toasted brioche, sweet tomatoes and woody mushrooms with a dollop of Mayo.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 600 grams beef mince
- 50 grams bacon
- 2 eggs
- 200 grams mushrooms
- 20 grams pickle
- 4 brioche roll
- 2 Italian tomatoes
- 50 ml olive oil
METHOD

For the burger, start with 600g of topside beef, roughly minced.

Thinly slice 50g of bacon.

Whisk two eggs into the mixture.

Add a tbps of Hellmann’s Mayonnaise into the mix.

Put the ingredients together by hand until consistent, then split them into 4 parts. Press into burger patties, grill until desired.
