Succulent Beef Kebabs with colourful Vegetables.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams beef (rump or fillet)
  • 2 grams salt and pepper
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 bottle of Hellmann's Australian Sweet BBQ Sauce
  • 8 bamboo skewers

METHOD

  1. Cut the beef and the vegetables into cubes of the same size and season with a little salt and pepper. Add the oil and mix well. Thread onto the 8 sticks

  2. Cook for 10 mins on the grill turning frequently.

  3. Serve with the Australian Sweet BBQ sauce
