Grilled Mince beef skewers

Mince beef skewers perfect for sharing or dinner parties.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams lean beef mince
- 2 grams salt and pepper
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 15 grams breadcrumbs
- 1/2 bottle of Hellmann's Japanese Sticky BBQ Sauce
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 8 bamboo skewers
METHOD

Season the beef with salt and pepper. Place meat in a bowl with the seasoning, onion, breadcrumbs and 40ml of Hellmann’s Japanese Sticky BBQ sauce. Mix well together and press around the 8 sticks.

Cook the meat on the grill for around 10 min.

Serve with the rest of the Japanese Sticky BBQ sauce (to give a little twist to the Japanese Sauce simply add 2 chopped spring onions)
