Mince beef skewers perfect for sharing or dinner parties.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 grams lean beef mince
  • 2 grams salt and pepper
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 15 grams breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 bottle of Hellmann's Japanese Sticky BBQ Sauce
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 8 bamboo skewers

METHOD

  1. Season the beef with salt and pepper. Place meat in a bowl with the seasoning, onion, breadcrumbs and 40ml of Hellmann’s Japanese Sticky BBQ sauce. Mix well together and press around the 8 sticks.

  2. Cook the meat on the grill for around 10 min.

  3. Serve with the rest of the Japanese Sticky BBQ sauce (to give a little twist to the Japanese Sauce simply add 2 chopped spring onions)
