Garlic Steak

Delicious steaks, served with a smooth dip of Hellmann's mayonnaise with a touch of garlic.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 thick lean rump beef steak (200g)
- 2 dollops Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a Touch of Garlic
- 40 g vegetarian stilton cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
METHOD

Brush the steaks with some olive oil and season on both sides with pepper.

BBQ over medium hot coals until the steaks are cooked to your liking; (2-3 minutes each side for rare, 3-4 minutes for medium and 4-6 minutes for well done).

Whilst the steak is cooking, crumble the Stilton and mix with the mayonnaise. Add the thyme and season well with pepper.

Spoon the sauce over the steaks and serve with a green salad.
