Apple Crumble Delight

Delicious apple crumble recipe served warm with soft apples covered in sugar, cinnamon and walnuts
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg cooking apples
- 115 g caster sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 120 g chopped walnuts
- 150 g plain flour
- 100 g light brown sugar
- 120 g Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°C, 160°C fan, Gas mark 4.

Peel, quarter and core the apples. Cut again into 1cm chunks and put into a bowl with the sugar, cinnamon and walnuts. Place the apples into a 23cm pie dish.

Combine flour with brown sugar in medium bowl. Stir in Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise with a fork until the mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs. Sprinkle crumble over the apples. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbling. Cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
