WHAT YOU NEED
Potato peels
Olive oil
Pinch of salt
WHAT TO DO
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Toss potato peels in oil.
- Place on sprayed baking sheet
Sprinkle with salt.
Bake until crisp.
Serve with Hellmann’s Mayonnaise.
BONUS TIP
For some smokiness, add a pinch of paprika.
