  • 1 cup (250 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
  • 1 large ripe avocado, peeled and pit removed
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) loosely packed flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) loosely packed basil leaves
  • 1 small shallot, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic

METHOD

  1. Combine Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise and remaining ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
