BEACH HILL SMOKEHOUSE COLESLAW
SERVES: 2 TOTAL TIME: 15 MINUTES
1 cup Hellmann’s Vegan Mayonnaise
½ head green cabbage, sliced
¼ cup white vinegar
2 tbsp Texas BBQ Mushroom Oyster Brisket Rub
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tbsp white sugar
1 Poblano pepper, de-seed & diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
- Combine everything but your cabbage in a mixing bowl and whisk together thoroughly.
- In a separate larger bowl, add your cabbage and crush it a bit with your hands to break things down.
- Pour your coleslaw dressing directly over the cabbage and combine thoroughly. Adjust seasoning to your preference and enjoy! Sometimes simplicity speaks volumes.
