INGREDIENTS
- 500 g, free-range turkey mince
- 100 g, cooked chorizo, diced
- 100 g, fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons, freshly chopped parsley
- 3 tbsp, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon, paprika
- 2 teaspoons, Colman's English Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon, ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon, oil
METHOD

Take a large bowl, tip in your turkey mince, chorizo, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, paprika, pepper, Colman's English Mustard, and Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise.

Using your hands, mix the ingredients together, allowing the Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise to bind the contents together.

From the mix, mould four neat little patties, and place on a plate ready for the fridge.

After cooling the patties in the fridge for a few minutes, place a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat, add them and cook for eight to ten minutes. Turn them occasionally, so that they are evenly cooked, golden brown and done all the way through.

Serve on a sharing plate and enjoy together. They go especially well accompanied by one of our Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise dip recipes.
