Tuna Niçoise Salad

We like to experiment here at Hellmann's, but there are some things that are not meant to be tampered with. This classic tuna salad is one such recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 g tinned tuna chunks in sunflower oil
- 4 tbsp Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 4 sticks celery, cut into strips
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
- 50 g green olives, halved
- 50 g green olives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
METHOD

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and toss so that the Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise covers the lot evenly and brings the whole lot together.

Serve on a bed of mixed leaves.
