In the heart of BBQ Land, USA, sauces are just as important as meat. So we’re going to let you in on a little secret – Alabama White Sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 x chicken, split into 8 pieces
- 2 grams salt (optional) and pepper
- 100 ml Hellmann's mayonnaise with olive oil
- 50 ml cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1.5 tablespoons Hellmann's mayonnaise with olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoons Hellmann's American Smokey BBQ Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Hellmann's Jamaican Habanero Sauce - Hot
METHOD

Season the chicken and dress with the oil.

Cook the chicken pieces indirect on the BBQ with a medium heat for 30 minutes

While the chicken is cooking whisk together all the ingredients for the White BBQ sauce and check the seasoning.

Liberally brush the sauce on the chicken and place back in the bbq, cook for 20 minutes, brushing 2-3 times.

Rest for 20 minutes and serve with the spicy white BBQ sauce.
