Tasty taco dip recipe combines Mexican spices with creamy sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 g reduced-fat cream cheese
- 5 dollops Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 green pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon coriander, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon taco spice mix
- 40 g reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/2 small iceberg lettuce, chopped (optional)
- tortilla chips (optional - home made if desired)
- 8 black olives, stoned (optional)
METHOD

Combine the cream cheese, Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, sour cream, green pepper, red chilli, spring onions, coriander and taco spice mix in a bowl and mix well.

Lay the mixture out on the base of a plate and sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese. Top with chopped lettuce, tortilla chips and black olives if desired.
