Tasty taco dip recipe combines Mexican spices with creamy sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 g reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 5 dollops Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 green pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon taco spice mix
  • 40 g reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 small iceberg lettuce, chopped (optional)
  • tortilla chips (optional - home made if desired)
  • 8 black olives, stoned (optional)

METHOD

  1. Combine the cream cheese, Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, sour cream, green pepper, red chilli, spring onions, coriander and taco spice mix in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Lay the mixture out on the base of a plate and sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese. Top with chopped lettuce, tortilla chips and black olives if desired.
