Sticky Pork Skewers perfect for sharing. Featuring our Sticky BBQ Sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams pork fillet
- 2 grams salt and pepper
- 1/2 bottle of Hellmann's Japanese Sticky BBQ Sauce
- 8 bamboo skewers
METHOD

Cut the pork into chunks and season with a little salt and pepper. Thread onto the 8 sticks

Place on the grill and cook for 3 mins on each side. Remove and glaze with the Hellmann’s Japanese sticky BBQ Sauce, using a cooking brush or a spoon. Return to the grill for 2 mins or until cooked through.

Serve with the rest of the Japanese Sticky BBQ sauce
