Steak Fries With Garlic

Delicious steak and fries, served with a smooth dip of Hellmann's mayonnaise with a touch of garlic
INGREDIENTS
- 4 lean beef rump steaks (around 160 g)
- 1 dollop Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a Touch of Garlic
- 600 g oven baked french chips
- 200 g salad leaves
- 1 red onion
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- pepper
METHOD

Cook the french fries according to the packet instructions.

Brush the steaks with the oil on both sides and fry in a non-stick pan for 5 min on each side at a medium temperature (depending on the thickness of the steak ).

Toss the salad leaves with the red onion and pepper.

Serve with Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a touch of Garlic and salad leaves
