Delicious steak and fries, served with a smooth dip of Hellmann's mayonnaise with a touch of garlic


  • 4 lean beef rump steaks (around 160 g)
  • 1 dollop Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a Touch of Garlic
  • 600 g oven baked french chips
  • 200 g salad leaves
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • pepper

  1. Cook the french fries according to the packet instructions.

  2. Brush the steaks with the oil on both sides and fry in a non-stick pan for 5 min on each side at a medium temperature (depending on the thickness of the steak ).

  3. Toss the salad leaves with the red onion and pepper.

  4. Serve with Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a touch of Garlic and salad leaves
