Yummy salmon and rice, served with a smooth dip of Hellmann's mayonnaise with a hint of wasabi
INGREDIENTS
- 4 salmon fillets (120 g each)
- 4 tablespoons Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a Zing of Lemon
- 150 g wild rice
- 200 g green salad
- 1 red onion
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 tablespoon Flora Original
- pepper
METHOD

Shallow fry the salmon in some Flora for 5 mins each side. Season with pepper.

Meanwhile cook the rice, according to the packet instructions.

Finish with a spoonful of Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a hint of Wasabi.

Serve with a green salad, thinly sliced red onion and dill.
