Yummy salmon and rice, served with a smooth dip of Hellmann's mayonnaise with a hint of wasabi

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 salmon fillets (120 g each)
  • 4 tablespoons Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a Zing of Lemon
  • 150 g wild rice
  • 200 g green salad
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon Flora Original
  • pepper

METHOD

  1. Shallow fry the salmon in some Flora for 5 mins each side. Season with pepper.

  2. Meanwhile cook the rice, according to the packet instructions.

  3. Finish with a spoonful of Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a hint of Wasabi.

  4. Serve with a green salad, thinly sliced red onion and dill.
