Searching for the ultimate seafood burger recipe? Then don’t look any further! Oriental influences add a tantalising twist .
INGREDIENTS
- 250 g salmon fillets
- 20 g honey
- 2 figs
- 1 chinese cabbage
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons wasabi cream
- 2 teaspoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1 lime
- 20 g black caviar
- 2 grams salt (optional)
- pepper
- 10 ml olive oil
METHOD

Flash fry the salmon and season with salt (optional) and pepper. Put the pan aside and leave the salmon until done.

Cut the salmon and figs into slices and glaze with honey. If possible, quickly flash fry the figs .

Cut the cabbage into thin strips, fry in hot margarine and add the soy sauce.

Mix the Hellmann’s mayonnaise with the wasabi to make a cream and season with lime juice.
