- 4 large potatoes (waxy)
- 400 ml vegetable oil
- A few sprigs of rosemary
- 60 grams Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 3 grams salt
Peel the potatoes or simply wash and roughly cut into strips. Then soak for about 30 minutes to remove the starch.
Drain the potatoes and dry well with kitchen paper. Heat the vegetable oil to about 170° C and then add the potatoes.
Once the potatoes begin swimming at the surface of the oil, pay closer attention and allow them to turn golden brown. Remove from the oil onto kitchen paper. Sprinkle with salt and chopped rosemary.
The perfect rosemary fries taste best when served with luscious Hellmann’s mayonnaise.
