Reuben Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
- 6 teaspoon dollops Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh horseradish
- 280 g corned beef slices
- 12 slices farmhouse white bread
- 80 g sauerkraut
- 120 g Swiss cheese, sliced
METHOD

In a small bowl combine all ingredients for the Russian Dressing. That is, 4 teaspoons of Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, the chilli sauce, the sour cream, the parsley, chives, lemon juice, Worcester Sauce, and fresh horseradish.

Brush the slices of bread with the Russian Dressing, then lay out six slices of the bread on a board.

Add a generous portion of the sliced corned beef on each bread slice, top with sauerkraut and then the Swiss cheese. Brush some extra Russian dressing on top of the cheese, then top each with the remaining bread slices.

Spread the outside of the bread slices, both sides, with the rest of the Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise. Place into a hot frying pan, cook until nice and golden then turn over and repeat approximately 4-5 minutes on each side.
