Fresh raspberry and goat's cheese salad, served with an original dressing made with Hellmann's light mayonnaise and raspberry juice

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g goat's cheese
  • 3 dollops Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
  • 200 g raspberries
  • 200 g iceberg lettuce
  • 100 g lambs lettuce, washed
  • 3 tablespoons of raspberry juice

METHOD

  1. Wash and shred the iceberg lettuce and mix together with the lambs lettuce.

  2. Add the raspberries and add the sliced up goat cheese to the salad.

  3. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and raspberry coulis (or juice).

  4. Drizzle over the salad.

  5. Serve as a Summer side dish

  6. Also delicious if you grill the goats cheese and serve with toasted pine nuts
