Some marriages are made in heaven and this combination of shrimps, avocado cream, garlic butter and Hellmann’s mayonnaise is a union that’s truly blessed!
INGREDIENTS
- 10 - 12 large peeled raw tiger prawns
- 2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lime
- 2 avocados
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 2 hot dog buns
- pepper
METHOD

Mix the prawns with pepper and lemon grass.

Add oil and coarsely chopped cloves of garlic to a frying pan.

Fry prawns on low heat in the pan until the prawns turn pink. Mix the peeled, chopped avocado with lime juice, pepper, chopped tomatoes, onion and garlic.

Spread the bottom half of the buns with the avocado mix.

Remove the prawns and lemon grass, sprinkle with lime zest and spoon onto the the upper half of the bun with Hellmann’s mayonnaise.
