Potato Salad with Pear and Hazlenuts

Try this fantastic potato salad recipe with a twist. Potatoes, pears, hazelnuts & the creamy taste of new Hellmann's Caesar with Smoked Garlic Dressing.
INGREDIENTS
- 300 g new potato peeled cut into cubes
- 4 celery sticks chopped
- 6 tbsp Hellmann's Smokey Caesar Dressing
- 2 pears small cubed
- 1 lime zested and juiced
- 50 g hazelnuts roasted and roughly chopped
- 1 red onion finely sliced
- handful of parsley finely chopped
METHOD

Boil the potatoes for 10-15 mins until cooked through.

Drain and toss with the Hellmann’s Smoky Caesar Dressing while still hot.

Let it cool down into the dressing.

Add the celery, pears, lime juice and hazelnuts.

Add the sliced red onion and chopped parsley and stir well.

Sprinkle with lime zest and spoon into a bowl to serve.
