Pork tenderloin recipe bursting with delicious flavours.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 dollops Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 500 g pork fillet cut into 12 sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons reduced-salt soy sauce
- 1 lime, zest anda juice
- 1 small bunch coriander, chopped
METHOD

Add the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise to a non-stick fryingpan and heat gently, then pan fry the medallions on both sides until lightly golden, and cooked.

In a small bowl mix the honey, soy sauce and the zest and juice of the lime. Add to the frying pan.

Heat gently until pork is cooked. Serve with rice and vegetables of your choice.
